I was eleven years old when I bought my first Maiden album Killers from my pocket money, how I get this idea I dont remember anymore. I just know that from this day on I never danced on dicomusic on a chlidrens birthday again. For sure I bought the Iron Maiden Iron Maiden album next and soon I become a collector of all sorts of Metalalbums. Magazines and merchandise and as every good metalhead I spended my time in metalbars and concerts. After Paul left or had to leave the band and also there were a lot of interesting metal bands around ,I lost Interest in Maiden and never become a big maiden fan again and I didnt follow Pauls new band and Projekts these day ,I bought everything later. I went to cologne for a metal festiva in the Live Musikhall on 01.12.1994 and when the first band played I asked ,who in hell is this its fucking great ,not knowing who this was ,I directly bought Cd and shirt. After that I went to nearly every gig in Holland ,Belgium and Germany big and small ones ,as for example one in Liege . I could tell here he did all of them in a professional way ,but he didnt and thats the fascinations and rarity wich is very rare today ,he did totally honest with his true full emotion . I remember a gig in Holland Brunsum , when he told the audience , they should go to the crematory if they wanne behave like they did , yes they stood in ten meters distance with dead faces, yes thats him ,he doesnt mime emotions ,he always is real and for that he doesnt need to initiate Insrumentdestroyment. But I also remember a gig in Verviers were he was near to cry of happiness and I was near to do see same feeling like little girl on a backstage boys concert. Paul Dianno that is never initiate, never planed and most of the time not even be rehearseled, its just pure emotions shown in the mirrow of a great voice ,sometimes very angry and brutal and than sad and nice. On the market of heavy rockmusic there are so many genius ,deziplinated musicans ,but to often they use sampler and retort or there is just a bad image produced. I worked for ten years on the Dynamy open airfestival in Holland. I saw manager pissing in Ice cubes , writing bad things on the walls to let the musicans look very bad or destroy hotelrooms and Instruments also it was cool to have a special menue wish. Inititate rebellion sells ,real one is to much work. Today it becomes more difficult to find out whats real and what not ,sometimes it seems not to be intreresting relly .Its a shame that that now happen in Metal music. This is one reason I decidede to do this Fanpage with the help of other Fans ,because for me is Paul Dianno Metal ,ok he says he is punk He is a part of metal History with his very original voice and he stayed as he was didnt fit in and stayed real. He changed lives , when I told him he just smiled modest. He changed mine or he is at least a part of it and if I see queue of waiting fans after his gigs or I meet 64 years old Ingid waiting to get a Photo with Paul , because she saw him supporting Kiss ages ago than I know he is not just an ex member of Maiden , he is much much more .............
